Directions

From OSF St. Francis Medical Center and Methodist Medical Center
Drive northeast on Glen Oak Avenue (away from downtown Peoria) for approx. 1 mile. Turn right on Nebraska Avenue. Family House is located on the left side at the end of the street.

From Proctor Hospital
Drive south on Knoxville Avenue (towards downtown Peoria) for 1.4 miles. Turn left on War Memorial Drive (US 150) and continue for 1 mile. Turn right on Prospect Avenue and continue for 1.5 miles. Turn left on Nebraska Avenue. Family House is located on the left side at the end of the street.
