“Heart of the House” Meal Program
The Heart of the House Meal Program provides a way to extend care and comfort to our families who appreciate a nutritious meal before going to the hospital, or upon return from a day of medical treatments or spending the day at the bedside of their loved one.
Ways to Donate:
Call Family House at 309-685-5300 to sign up to do a meal at the house or fill out form below.
Drop off a meal or have it delivered to Family House.
Ask restaurants if they are able to prepare individually packaged meals. Many catering menus offer this as an option.
The Family House staff will be able to confirm current occupancy and give recommendations for amount of food to donate.
Cash Donation
Make a donation on our secure giving site, here, or mail a check to Family House, 1339 E Nebraska Ave., Peoria, IL 61603. Ask your company if they will match your gift.
A donation of $150 can provide our families with one meal.
